OEX Leviathan ev900 - Down Mummy Sleeping Bag

OEX Leviathan ev900 Sleeping Bag, with a comfort rating of -9 degrees Celsius, a lower limit of -16 degrees Celsius and an extreme rating of -39 degrees Celsius. In reality, as with all bags, I would take these numbers with a pinch of salt! I was very cosy and snug using it in 4 degree weather but can't speak to the minus ratings. Weight: 1.37kg Features: There is a small zipped pocket on the inside at the front of the bag. There are cords to cinch around your neck area, and to cinch the head part closed (see 3rd picture)

Its Story... (optional)

I used this bag when hiking the Affric Kintail Way in Scotland, and for a couple of sleepovers. I then upgraded to a quilt to hike the Pacific Crest Trail in the USA! It has only been used a few times and the sleeping bag itself is in good condition, though one of the four straps used to cinch the sleeping bag compression sack tight is frayed (see 5th picture). You can get new compression sacks for 5 quid on Amazon.
